Terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of this site. They are short, because this site does not sell anything.

A request is not an order

There is no basket and no payment page here. When you send a request you are asking a question — about a piece, in a particular size, thickness and colour. Nothing is reserved and nothing is charged.

An order exists only once Joana has written back and you have both agreed the specification, the price and the delivery time. Until that point either of you can simply stop.

Prices

Prices are given on request rather than published, because every piece is printed to order and the cost depends on what you choose. A quoted price holds for as long as the quote says.

What you see on screen

The pieces shown are examples of what can be made. Colour varies between screens, and a printed textile in daylight will not look exactly like a photograph of it. If an exact colour matters, ask for a sample before agreeing anything.

Made to your measurements

Where a piece is made to measurements you supply, those measurements are what it is made to. Please check them carefully — see the returns policy for what happens if they turn out to be wrong.

The photographs, drawings, texts and designs belong to joana Michaela. You may look at them and share links to them; please ask before reusing them.
