Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled for product requests and how website visits are measured.

Data collected
The request form collects the visitor's name and email address, an optional phone number and message, the requested product and configuration choices, the submission date and the website language.
The request endpoint uses the IP address briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions. The hosting provider may process technical connection logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer the enquiry and, if it proceeds, to prepare and fulfil an order. The legal basis is taking steps at the visitor's request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and the legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)).
Service providers
Requests are stored in Sanity. Resend processes request alerts and customer confirmation emails. Sanity also stores anonymous daily page totals. Vercel hosts the website and processes the technical data needed to operate and protect it. Google processes optional Google Analytics data after consent. These services are subject to their applicable data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards.
Website statistics
We keep anonymous daily totals of views for each public page to understand website usage. Each record contains only the day, page path and total number of views. No visitor or session identifier, IP address, browser details, referrer, query string, form content or individual browsing history is stored in these statistics. Totals older than 90 days are removed when a new view is counted. They are used only for this website's audience measurement and are not combined with customer requests or Google Analytics records. These anonymous totals continue independently of the optional cookie choice.
If you accept optional analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures page views and site interactions, including successful product requests. The legal basis for this optional analytics processing is your consent. No request-form personal details are sent to Google Analytics; advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them. If an order follows, the relevant information is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to hi@joanamichaela.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at aepd.es.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will replace this one on this page.
