Nothing ships from this site directly. Delivery is arranged as part of an order agreed after a request.

How long it takes

Every piece is printed to order, so there is no single answer. Print time depends on the piece, the thickness and the finishing, and on what is already in the queue.

You are given an estimate with your quote, before you agree to anything. If something changes along the way, you hear about it from Joana rather than from a tracking page.

Where it ships from

Barcelona, Spain. Within Spain and the rest of the EU there is nothing further to pay on arrival.

Outside the EU

Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the quoted price and there is no way to know them in advance from here.

Cost

Quoted with the order, once the destination is known. It is carried at cost — shipping is not a margin.

Tracking

Pieces are sent tracked and insured. The tracking number is sent to you by email when the piece leaves.

If it does not arrive

Write to hi@joanamichaela.com. A parcel that is lost in transit is chased and, if it cannot be found, remade or refunded.
